It doesn’t always have to be about pleasure. You’ve just been conditioned to think it does.
When you seek only what feels good – comfortable – to you, you deny the existence of a whole array of feelings. And that array can feel like an army when it has been denied for so long.
Feelings become aggressive the longer they are pushed down. They become their own inner entity, dominating and making choices for you.
Think of the Devil in the tarot:
The devil is an energetic entity created by your thoughts, and fueled by the denial of the teachings of your feelings.
You can unchain yourself from its grips by treating your feelings as messengers, not enemies.
Feelings tell you things. Perhaps they may say, “This experience does not resonate with my path. So I must do whatever I can to adjust my life – make different choices – so that I can adjust my life in such a way that this experience is no longer my normal.”
Speaking of normal – the normalization of fear at this time cannot be ignored. It has become something that overtakes any opportunity to connect with the energy that assists in your evolution.
You are here to evolve. You are not here to stay the same. If you were – well, you wouldn’t be here!
We don’t need you to stay the same.
We need you here to change and assist with the changes required for the human species to evolve.
More often than not, you assist in this process by aligning with the energy of what is often referred to as the highest self, and radiating that frequency.
The emphasis is on BE-ing, not DO-ing. This energy is difficult to access if there is a denial of the inner experience – of the feelings.
You will need to witness and feel the existence of feelings that do not feel as though they radiate from the highest self, in order to align with the energy of the highest self.
When you are in a state of denial of the shadow aspects of humanity that live within you, the true essence of the highest self has a difficult time getting through.
Remember that denial of your experience creates density.
Your fears right now have something powerful to say about your conditioning.
Your conditioning taught you that you must not change, that you must stay the same, that you must fight all change. But that is just a lie you have been taught to serve a counter human agenda.
You can unlearn conditioning by learning to be with how you feel.
When you treat your feelings as messengers rather than enemies, you align with the frequencies of your highest self.
You can assist yourself in this practice by taking care of your vessel. By taking care of your container, which houses your body and mind, you can more readily align with this energy.
It is easier to accept change when your vessels is well taken care of.
It is very difficult to receive change if you have not appropriately set up your vessel to accept it.
The nervous system must be honored through breathing and meditation techniques. The mind must be trained. The body must be honored, as well.
Through a commitment to learning how to do this work, you prove to your mind and body that you can handle change.
Your task at this time is to learn that you can survive your feelings.
Through this work you can learn that it is possible stay in the middle. To not take the bait of your feelings when they suggest that you yell or judge or dishonor another.
If you learn to believe that you can withstand your feelings you can live in the middle.
In the middle, you can handle anything.
The middle is where your power is.
