When I’m down in the dumps and overwhelmed with anxiety, depression, or pain, I forget everything I’ve learned about self-care.
Which is a shame because I’ve learned a lot over the past 5 years.
I’ve spent lot’s of time and money on alternative therapy treatments, vitamins and supplements, naturopaths, acupuncturists, osteopaths, energy healers, allergists that take away your allergies, books, psychologists and self-help courses to name a few.
I’ve learned a lot, but when the emotions come in like a tidal wave, they wipe out my ability to see what can and will help me.
And from the emails and messages I get, I know I’m not the only one this happens to.
So I’m creating this guide as a way to help myself and possibly you, on days when we get overwhelmed by all the emotions that come with living.
My hope is that it will keep us on track when things get tough – when we think it would just be easier to lose ourselves in behaviours and activities that will make us feel worse.
I’m not giving a release date, because that would stress me the F out. I’m just writing as I feel the vibes coming, telling me to write.
But I’d love to share it with you when it’s d e, because it’s going to have all the tips and tricks I’ve learned over the past few years.
