The quality of time is of many things, but of much focus right now is water.
Water that goes everywhere: it pours into every crevice of experience, person, place & thing. And it has the capacity to sense everything about whatever it comes into contact with.
The yes, the no; the dark, the light.
This can cause problems, which can provide solutions – We can learn from not having boundaries.
If we are too un-boundaried, we can get hurt. Where we begin and end, and another person’s free will choice ensues gets blurry.
We might consider a merge with someone else, and the information we gathered from it as being something we need to sort out: “it’s all my fault” – martyr style.
In reality, it’s a byproduct of not realizing we have a heightened capacity to sense things about all that we come into contact with.
We can take in an energy field, gather psychic interpretations, and depending on our degree of awareness, accept what we’ve deduced about the field as our own, or move through the feelings associated with what we pick up on, so it doesn’t stay around.
It’s a fine dance, because at times it’s our stuff we’re sensing and want to project out there, cause it feels shitty. And at times it’s a different field of energy we’ve merged with.
Most often it’s a little of both.
Right now we can all sense a lot more than usual of what we can’t see. And while this can provide powerful insights and profound levels of awareness, it can also cripple us if we do not realize we are doing it.
Someone once suggested to me years ago, that you must use water to create a boundary. At the time, I was confused, and at other times, in re-considering this advice, frustrated.
It is by nature for water to not have a boundary – how could i possibly use it to create structure?
After what’s felt like 10 lifetime’s of experiences has passed, I understand to a greater degree what this kind of statement was attempting to suggest, albeit in a nebulous, true to water way:
You can use what you cannot see to create a stronger identification with your own energy field.
This is quite literally, using your imagination (water energy) to create imagery in your minds eye of structures that contain you, so you don’t so readily pour into everyone else’s cup, and inadvertently take a big chug of their emotional coffee.
There’s also the very practical, often overlooked element of developing a higher tolerance level for energies other people might be spewing out, on account of their free will choice to stew in whatever energetic soup they want to stew in. If don’t do this, we can get up to all sorts of quirks and compulsions & forms of manipulation, attempting to alter the external environment, IE control other people to suit the way we wanna feel.
The path of emotional individuation is different for everyone. Some can or will imagine mirrors. These are best used when someone is stewing about you and you’re picking up on it. Understanding if that is occurring requires discernment, and taking an inventory of your compulsions & emotional regulatory patterns/habits (IE are you prone to deflecting, playing victim, or taking it all on as your fault?)
Some might visualize gold webbing over their bodies, so they take in natural occurring healing frequencies while still containing themselves.
Both are assertions of one’s right & power to use their free will (humans and entities and non-visual energies require the reminder on occasion).
While these work well, and there are a myriad of knowledgeable and perhaps not so knowledgeable authors on the subject you can research, one thing is for certain:
If you are a good host for whatever you pick up on it will want to stick around.
This is the humble aspect of being especially watery. You have to clean and filter your own water. Tap water won’t do. Habitually aligning yourself with the home within yourself is a powerful practice, developing a relationship with your inner world, becoming observant of the feeling nature, as well as getting to know your own bias for interpreting what you pick up on out there (deflecting or martyrdom?) and generally honoring the fact that whatever energies feel sticky is indicative of you offering a good host environment.
Shutting ourselves off from feelings within ourselves, IE feelings that are ours to work through can be a dangerous thing to do, because these types of energies build up.
If we are constantly trying to avoid feeling a certain way, it will certainly become an inner typhon.
At the same time, we have to make space in our lives for feeling good, in our body. This energy creates the next scene, alas Joe Dispenza and crew of law of attraction.
But we also have to develop a tolerance for all the feelings we think we can’t handle. Because they don’t go anywhere when we use mirrors to deflect the outside. And doing hard things is the path to success and happiness.
Hiding underwater from the typhon won’t make it go away.
But using water to visualize a boundary from someone else’s typhon is a good habit to integrate.

Discovering what you’re capable of often takes a great adversary. And it’s not always who or what you think.
Usually, we need a visit from the depths to discover more about our bug a boo – the thing that keeps us from our power.
If we are really resistant to the feelings associated with the thing that trips us up the most, it tends to become really powerful. We lack skill in negotiation because we haven’t been using the muscle. So it can feel like an explosion at times, but that’s only because primal feelings aren’t something we’re like, “Cool – let me spend some time with this.”
And then little bits of this primal animal seep out into our lives. We can see it and sense it in the way “I will not be f***ing controlled!!!” arrives in our consciousness.
You reach a point where you’ve had enough – the truth of the terror busts out of the seems of your psyche. For some of us this is a lifestyle, a way of life, to realize the feelings associated with feeling blocked, thwarted, cursed at many turns, and steadily negotiating the urge to flip the table to make a pathway toward the door – for air – for life.
But some of the tables we want to flip, we need. There must be a negotiation of what is required to live and what is taking away from our capacity to sustain ourselves.
It’s as much of a physical experience as a psychological one. Either way, there is a secret, a force that’s been hidden and it has something to say. It might make you want to pick a fight; it might have your nervous system trembling.
Good – these are indicators of power being activated. Something has been buried & must surface because it has a story to tell about how your power has been thwarted.
And it’s time to get to know what you’re capable of, and how to use it for the good of all.

Building up to the new moon…
i recorded some thoughts about themes i’ve been noticing, leading up to the aquarius new moon.
i hope what i’ve shared serves you in some way. it’s kind of intense territory, but the themes are speaking to something powerful. so trust the intensity, if that’s what you’re experiencing.
the new moon culminates at 2:58 pm pst, friday february 9th.
be gentle with yourself if you’re feeling edgy. aquarius is linked to the nervous system. i’ve shared some suggestions on supplements that may assist, now and moving forward toward the end of the recording.

It’s about that time when all the people and parts of us that have been sitting for a long time start to stand.

At the final degree, we experience what some astrologer’s describe as fated experiences.
In my experience, it’s been much more rewarding, empowering and logical to consider that much of what we consider fated is the inevitability of what we resist knowing or accepting, coming to the surface.
Which is why I think ancient astrologer’s just plain old label it as bad – a malefic point in the astrological wheel.
But if we are concerned with empowerment, we must consider there is a challenge here – not a point of falling to the ground, playing victim roles.
It may be that we do need to fall to our knees in some way, to the humbling revelation of something painful we have disembodied, or, been denied awareness of by our psyche up til now, out of courtesy to our psychological well being.
You need to be in a certain state, a certain inner environment to be able to handle certain psychic revelations.
The wheel of time is loyal to timelines beyond human convenience or demand. And our inner processes do serve to protect us – even though they can seem wholly dysfunctional at times.
Time can serve us, not just be an enslavement device.
If everything came in at once, we could shatter.
Shattering serves a purpose, as scary as it seems – more on that soon.
But back to the final degree, it suggests we are being asked to become aware of compulsions related to being so full of something that we can’t see straight – we just by default behave in a larger than life way. And we may over do it. Just…don’t….quit. Even though the proof is in the pudding – it isn’t working.
If you’re human, courageous, and reading this right now, there are areas of life you’ve surely been overdoing it in.
Lessons on how natural processes need their space and time to be revealed & happen are at the ready – like fruit on a tree during harvest season.
We’ve been forcing things for a long while. And we’ve been so “in” it, we haven’t necessarily been able to see how we’ve been behaving crazily in our denial of what it is we need to learn.
That’s OK – everything can be used as stimulus for regeneration.
We’ve been focusing on lack, giving ourselves to stories someone else has funded – conditioned our ears & minds to absorb.
But what about another story?
Things function better when we’re not trying to control, one up, dominate, or be seen as someone powerful and authoritarian.
(Don’t take cues on how to behave from entities and people who value these actions.)
Less of our energy is being drained when we are allowing, rather than attempting to control (this goes for all areas of our lives.)
Some things have to be named for what they are – not capable of feeding us.
That is, if we have been snacking repetitively on something that is not fueling us, not supporting our vitality – we need to find something better to chew on, long term.
I don’t need to tell you these things – you know it already. You’re wise.
You don’t go through what you’ve gone through without becoming wise.
But right now, the most challenging experiences we’ve gone through may be illuminated as being the ingredients of a vital process – fuel toward your death and rebirth, on the inside AND outside.
You may feel a powerful urge to no longer hide your light (good – never abandon yourself – ever) and a forceful willingness to no longer identify with the pain, but rather, the empowering way it shaped you into who you are today.
You know what you can and cannot control – and you know your will must be directed toward acts of renewal – not replications of value.
No turning back. No more loyalty to compulsions. That’s enough now – you know it, I know it.
You understand the power of committing to resolving issues that are yours and yours alone to come to terms with – even if they speak of ancestral patterns & impact the sum of all.
The power is in the now. The awareness. The now-point.
Just because it cannot be undone, doesn’t mean it can’t be used as a battery to regenerate your spirit, lighting a path for yourself and those who come after you.
You are loved & courageous, beyond the confines of your past experiences,

What’s the message made of?
Your interpretation of the communication could be true. It might be that it was as bad as your instinctual, bodily response suggested it was.
But it could also be that it wasn’t. Or, at least, that it wasn’t all about you.
Even though you received the message (bluntly) there could be a story behind the message. And you don’t know the details – maybe you don’t need to know the details. All you need to know is that it wasn’t about you – at least, not entirely.
OK, fine. Maybe, maybe not, right? Just don’t up and leave your entire gig because of something you aren’t sure of.
“Unattended feelings from the past feed suspicion and insecurity, and without facing them they fester and become toxic.” *
So…. what if the message was made of toxic ingredients, but you consumed it as if it were healthy, then used it as the catalyst to make a major change?
It’s not that you shouldn’t or couldn’t make the change – you might need to make a major deviation, one that could lead you somewhere that feels expansive & is healthy – it guides you toward the attainment of hard-earned wisdom.
But making a change based on messages with the same nutritional value as canola oil french fries is not a good enough reason to make it.
There’s not an easy, outwardly affirmed “Yes! this is the right way”, way to decide. An inward journey is the only way to deduce what the thing that keeps tripping you up in your relationships is really about, and what it requires of you, in order to stop leading you by the muzzle/leash.
Doing so can lead to profound healing & oracular wisdom, for the good of all – The kind of power you’ve been really looking for.

If you were stuck in the dirt, aware that you needed to get to the surface, but only had bodily instincts to rely on to push you up to the top, you might feel really anxious.
Especially if your forte was using the power of the mind to force life to happen.
When you can’t see, only feel your way through an experience, you kinda have to stay really tethered to the body, you know? You have to rely on what it has to say. And when it is surrounded, feeling a bit suffocated by the past, it’s very hard to hear the messages. You tend to only tap into one channel.
That channel sounds like…
Fear fogs up the messages something fierce. When it’s ruling instead of being witnessed, it would be important to set the intention to become aware of what you’re sensing and feeling, even when it feels scary.
I don’t know that i would try to force something to occur, based upon fear-based instincts.
There is a difference between survival instinct & intuition.
If the information you were receiving was coming from where you’ve been…
Said another way – if you were attempting to control the outcome of the future while being deeply influenced by strong feelings associated with the past…
You might pop out of the dirt unnaturally, or in a way that doesn’t serve the journey. You might have issues.
All I’m saying is, don’t force it. Something about natural processes that need to be respected.
You just gotta be with the body right now. It’s getting ready for it’s debut – albeit in a new structural form.
Just not quite yet.

The period leading up to a new moon is a time to cleanse & purify oneself, in anticipation of a process of renewal.
If you were about to start a new journey, it would be helpful to consider that what you bring into that new beginning, informs the outcome.
So clean yourself up – wear a nice shirt. Whatever you infuse into a fresh start, influences it.
If you have any hanger-on’s energetically or psychically, you will want to give those a brush off. Shifting your frequency makes you less hospitable.
Historically, people have done banishing spells before a new moon. But I think visualizations and a salt bath are plenty good enough.
I am also a big fan of following the urge to clean up your house.
Run the vacuum. Dust a bit. Light up some sage if that resonates. Just make sure you open the window when you do it. Air is cleansing – it works with the smoke.
And remember that if you want to create space in your life for expansion, you need to make room, literally. Life’s like that – the new can’t come in so good when there’s piles of busted up amazon packaging blocking your doorway.
Also – if you were about to embark on a new journey, safe to say it would be helpful to get a lot of rest. You might feel sleepy – don’t fight it. Appreciate its usefulness.

there’s a major perspective revision occurring.
maybe you’ve been relying on a 1-sided view of life. it’s been too earth-based – it’s been limiting. ’cause it doesn’t include the weight of spirit, or truths you don’t want to know, yet can feel.
maybe there’s a view that’s been all-focused on witnessing life experiences through the lens of conditioning. which may have kept part of your psyche safe, but has created suffering in many other areas.
maybe there has not been enough belief in a certain potential. a misguided view, perhaps. the heavy hand of charlatans have helped support delusions about what in reality, needs to be done. or what you need to stop doing.
maybe you’ve only been seeing the gnarly elements. or refusing to acknowledge them.
or else your way out there view has been too un-grounding. not enough practical measures in place. which has caused ruptures.
if you’re anxious, you really just need to take care of your body and mind, not look for a reason why you feel so anxious, you know?
it’s important to focus on the immediate moment.
what will you infuse the immediate moment with?
all of those little bits of the present end up creating the vaster future.
you might understand what’s possible, but if the perspective impairs your capacity to tend to your basic needs (food, shelter, community) it needs to be given less room in your mind.
take it in, but don’t let it take you over.
you, individually, impact the sum of the whole.
so maybe you need to make some edits, to how you’re showing up to life.
maybe you are realizing this.
whatever it is you’re realizing – that you might need less of one ingredient, more of another…
the discontent you’ve felt is not bad, it’s a messenger.
there’s this really funny thing we humans have normalized, which is to view everything that happens as an indication of our A, failure, or B, success.
There’s room to consider that “Everything happens for a reason” has a legitimate space and place in your life. It’s part of the journey. It’s a teacher.
There’s an equal and legitimate space for not being delusional about your contributions to what is or has been occurring, too.
Especially if there is a pattern occurring.
It’s them AND you.
It’s you AND them.
Figure out the ratio imbalance and you’ll know what needs to be edited.
And infuse the edits with a higher meaning.
Then you’ll be on your way.
