Hi, I’m Andrea, and this is where I share my journey.
I am a writer, creative, intuitive and consultant driven to heal myself and help others.
I use this platform to share the insights my exploration into wellness, personal development and spirituality have offered me.
I am a never-ending student of life who seeks the lessons in every single one of my experiences, and I share the results of that work via blog posts, wellness resources, poetry, & intuitive readings.
I am devoted to radical self-honesty – to peeling back the layers on reactionary tendencies in order to see what’s sustaining them.
I believe in self-empowerment by way of setting the intention to understand the motivations behind our reactions, and uncovering our capacity for inner growth: “Oh. So that’s where that comes from. Hmmm.”
I’m all about shedding layers to reveal what we truly need, so we can experience what we desire.
And advocating for setting boundaries in the name of self-healing and protection. That’s a big one for me – a life long affirmation.
Our wellness resonates. Our ability to be of service is fuelled by our commitment to self-healing.
I am an advocate for re-parenting – for teaching ourselves what we weren’t taught as kids.
We all go through childhood in the absence of some lessons. It’s up to us to sort out what we need to learn and do the work. It’s not easy, but it’s necessary.
When we do the work we can show up for ourselves and those who need our help to the highest capacity.
We can enter into our internal and external exchanges with patience, understanding, and an open heart
I believe in honouring and respecting what it took to get H E R E – particularly the stuff we feel ashamed of – in this life and beyond. And using the act of celebrating how far we’ve come as fuel to propel us in the direction we’re destined to go.
I believe in the power of witnessing our experiences and our capacity to survive them, in order to re-ignite the memory of what we are capable of.
I believe in honouring the wisdom within and setting intentions to heal in order to step into our power. So we can stand up and be there for those who need our help.
And I’m grateful you’re here.
